super rant

Okay, update number two for one day, which is sad - however I have just realized how frustrated I am that youth is always about the year twelves. It's like the year elevens (now) are this invisible group of people that don't mean anything on their own. It's always the year twelves - they did their year eleven exams last year, so now ours mean nothing. They're doing their TEE this year, so next year ours will mean nothing. Everything they do just seems to be so much more important that what we do and that FRUSTRATES ME. Our sixteenths will mean nothing because they're all already sixteen. Us getting our L's will mean nothing because they've already got theirs and most likely will be on their P's so we mean even LESS. If we do well at school we're called nerds, if they do well at school they get congratulated. Everything we do gets treated as 'younger'. They start gig first, therefore us starting gig this year means nothing. They start Salt first, so us being in Salt will be meaningless. It's like us being at youth is POINTLESS unless we literally follow them and idolize them EVERYWHERE.
*end rant*
